Validation and release process

 

Production with Local Video Agency

1. VALIDATION

To enter into the validation process:

  • The video needs to comply 100% with guidelines  of every brand 
  • The hotel must send TVS a  waiver  that grants property and distribution rights, including the consent form signed by the person appearing on the media.

Afterwards,  the hotel  needs to get the appropriate validation from Accor:

TVS will release your video on All.accor.com  within 10-days of receiving the validated video file.Line-DividerVideo modifications  In case of changes in your property, for example due to renovation works, some of your video content might need to be updated.
TVS is able to provide these video modifications (for example the removal of specific shots) and will automatically re-upload the new video versions on your websites.For all modification requests for existing videos that are already online, please directly contact TVS by sending an e-mail to tvsproduction.tc@amadeus.com with the following information:

  • Hotel Name
  • RID
  • Room Category Code if the request concerns a room video
  • Description of the modifications needed
  • Pages on which the video will need to be updated (All.accor.com/booking engine)

Depending on the required re-edits, extra editing fees might apply, based on the standard fee of 250 € per half-day of editing. Line-DividerOutdated videos and videos Deactivation  In case of outdated video content (for example following renovations or a rebranding), some of your video content might need to be removed entirely, and can be deactivated directly by TVS.For all video deactivation requests, please directly contact TVS by sending an e-mail to tvsproduction.tc@amadeus.com with the following information:

  • Hotel Name
  • RID
  • Room Category Code if the request concerns a room video
  • Pages on which the video will need to be removed (All.accor.com/booking engine)

(Available through December 31, 2021 only)

1. VALIDATION

TVS will be in charge of the whole process of validation and distribution of your videos.

The video will be sent by  TVS  for validation to:

  • The hotel
  • To the Global Brand Marketing Contact

NB:  The editing of the videos can take between  6 and 8 weeks .

 

2. RELEASE

The videos made by TVS and approved by Accor will be uploaded on the All.accor.com webpages according to the rules set out by Accor. The hotel will be informed regarding the deadline by email, right after the validation of the video.

NB:  In a single shoot, two different sets of videos are produced by TVS (One branded video & mini videos).
